"We move our 480 hives between five sites, from the thyme fields near Astros at sea level to the fir forest above Vytina at 1,400 metres. Each honey is bottled separately, never blended, and tested in our small lab in Megalopoli before it leaves the workshop."

"Our propolis is decanted three times a year — the bees only leave us so much. Royal jelly is harvested fresh and packed within the same morning. Pollen is dried at no more than 38°C to preserve the enzymes. Candles are rolled by hand using cappings wax from our own combs — never paraffin, never blended."
